As most of you know, the internet is not a secure place to be sending and receiving documents. For this reason we are using a portal to exchange documents with our clients. The portal is a secure place where you log in to send and receive documents. This is more secure than sending unencrypted emails that travel to many places before they arrive at their destination.
We are using the portal to allow you to send and receive documents from us electronically and securely. The process is very simple. On the home page of the web-site there is a link Client Area. If you click this link you will be presented with a form and the ability to upload files from your computer. Fill out the form, attach your files, and press submit.
As some of you have alrready noticed, we are sending out the client organizers via email. In the email you are presented with a link to a secure portal where you can download the organizer or whatever we may send you. The first time we send you something, such as the organizer, you will create a password and 3 security questions. This will be your permanent password for accessing the portal.
Please make sure we have your current email address so you will not miss any correspondence from us.
