No last minute tax bill for 2013 is not necessarily a good thing

There was no last minute tax bill for 2013 to add, change, extend, or eliminate any tax laws.  But guess what happened.  There were a few tax breaks that were due to expire at the end of 2013 and because there was no tax law passed to extend them, they did in fact expire.  This is not a good thing for the affected taxpayers.  Visit this months newsletter to see which tax breaks have expired:
